Punjab Kings suffered a dramatic batting collapse and were bowled out for 111 in 15.3 overs by Kolkata Knight Riders in their Indian Premier League match on Tuesday. Punjab got off to a fast start as openers Priyansh Arya scored 22 and Prabhsimran Singh made 30. The pair added 39 runs in just 3.1 overs. However, the innings quickly unraveled after skipper Shreyas Iyer was dismissed for a duck.

Kolkata's bowlers maintained tight control throughout. Harshit Rana led the attack with figures of three for 25. Varun Chakravarthy took two wickets for 21 runs. Sunil Narine also chipped in with two for 14.
None of the Punjab batters managed to settle after the opening partnership. The team folded well before completing their full quota of 20 overs.
