He became the second-fastest Indian to score an IPL century, reaching the milestone in 39 balls. Only Yusuf Pathan’s 37-ball hundred in 2010 remains ahead. Priyansh Arya is a young attacking opener from Delhi. He was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 3.8 crore in the IPL mega auction and made his IPL debut in the 2025 season opener against Gujarat Titans. He quickly became known for his aggressive batting.
He caught attention after becoming the leading run-scorer in the inaugural Delhi Premier League (DPL) tournament, where he scored 608 runs in ten innings for South Delhi Superstarz.
