Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 26 : Actor Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in an exciting role in R. Balki's film 'Ghoomer'.
The movie, which also stars Sayami Kher, Shabana Azmi, and Angad Bedi, is all set to premiere at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2023 (IFFM).
'Ghoomer' will be screened on August 12 at Hoyts, Docklands.
On Wednesday, Abhishek took to Instagram and shared a poster that was originally uploaded on the Instagram page of IFFM.
The poster shows Abhishek giving an intense look while standing next to his co-star Sayami.
'Ghoomer' portrays the inspiring tale of a paraplegic sportsperson, played by Saiyami, who excels as a cricketer under the guidance of her coach, played by Abhishek.
Excited about the film's premiere at IFFM, Abhishek and Balki in a join statement said, "It's indeed an honour and pleasure for us that 'Ghoomer' will be the opening film at the IFFM. The 14th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne will take place from August 11 to August 20.
