Actress Jyothsna Channdola welcomes her first child, a baby boy

Actress Jyothsna Channdola Singh,  has been blessed with a baby boy. She delivered on June 26. She tied the knot with director Nitesh Singh in 2015. Jyothsna said that she is on cloud nine and revealed that both she and baby are doing fine. In a interview to E-Times the actress said, "Since I conceived Joni during the pandemic, I obviously couldn't do regular things that a pregnant woman does. I wanted to host a baby shower and wanted my family to be around me when the baby was born, which wasn't possible given the current situation. Having said that, health is most important. I stayed positive by meditating, listening to positive notes and music. I also studied about hypnobirthing, which helped me a lot during my delivery." In an interview with the ETimes, Jyothsna Channdola revealed that now she's doing absolutely fine, but last year, she had gone into depression and had undergone some serious medication after her father's demise. She said, "I feel better and stronger, but the void left behind by my dad remains. That phase has taught me that we have to fight our own battles. My family helped me sail through, and the difficult time also made me realise who my true friends were. I am fortunate to have a husband like Nitesh." The actress also stated that she's quite sure that it is her father, who is giving her strength from the heaven during her pregnancy phase. She said, "I also feel ki papa hi mujhe saari strength de rahe hain. I have started sharing positive videos on social media and working out at home. I have also turned producer.
