Taking to Weverse on Sunday (March 23), BTS' V shared an update on his well-being and fitness journey. The Winter Bear singer revealed that he had lost 10 kg, writing, "So recently..! I lost a lot of weight, right...? I lost 10kg. Heehahaheehee. I'll keep putting in the work." His post featured two photos—one showing him sitting on a chest press machine while taking a selfie and another gripping an EZ bar, seemingly preparing for an intense round of bicep curls. Dressed in a white vest, with his face covered by a mask and a yellow cap, V exuded a strong yet effortless charm.

Regarded as one of the most stunning visuals in K-pop history, V left ARMYs in awe with his transformation. While many fans cheered him on, some expressed concern, believing he already looked fit and healthy. One overwhelmed fan commented, "Those veins!? Those hands!? Those arms!?
