Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer Coolie No 1 is one of the highly anticipated movies of the year. Directed by David Dhawan, the film has been making headlines ever since the makers announced it. Today the makers dropped the much-awaited trailer of the film. The 3 minute video clipping received mixed response from all the quarters. While the actors have been garnering praise from their fans for their crackling chemistry, their underwater kissing scene from the same goes viral on the internet.
In the scene, Varun and Sara are seen locking lips underwater. While Varun is seen wearing shorts, Sara stuns in a bikini. This is the first time that Sara and Varun have come together for a film. The movie also stars Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav and Jaaved Jaaferi. Coolie No 1 was supposed to release in theatres in May, but due to the spread of the novel coronavirus the release was postponed. The makers have decided to take the digital route and to release the film on Amazon Prime Video on December 25 this year. Coolie No 1’ is the official remake of David Dhawan’s 1995 hit film by the same name. The original film starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles.
