Former Miss India and Bollyood actress Ruhi Singh has come to the aid of the residents of her society amid the coronavirus outbreak. The former beauty queen along with some of the members of her society has setup a task force to deliver medicines and food items to the members of her society. Speaking about the same Ruhi said, I feel it is a great way for me to support the lockdown as the safety of the people is paramount.
Meanwhile, we have setup a special task force of four to five people who help with the delivery of these items so that people won't venture out of their homes. Speaking about the delivery procedure Ruhi added that the items were placed outside their door step with absolutely no physical contact. Ruhi also applauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 21-day lockdown as she said it was the right way forward to curb the spread of the virus. Ruhi also urged everyone to stay indoors and support the govt in this initiative. Ruhi and her brother Rishi live together and while he is helping the family out in Jaipur, she decided to stay back alone and help people out here in her society amidst the coronavirus outbreak.
