Hrithik Roshan donates 20 lakhs for coronavirus aid as he comes to the aid of BMC workers

Hrithik Roshan has come to the aid of the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation as the country deals with the massive Coronavirus outbreak. The Super 30 actor  has extended financial support for BMC staff working round the clock.  According to a report in E-Times “Hrithik has extended his support to the Government of Maharashtra in their endeavour to curb the spread of pandemic. He had been looking for ways to help the street level bureaucrats like the BMC workers and other caretakers who are out there and contributed a total amount of Rs 20 lakh to the cause.”

The actor recently announced that his former wife Sussanne has moved out of her house to help Hrithik stay connected with their Hrehaan and Hridaan. “This is a picture of dear Sussanne (my ex wife) , who has graciously volunteered to temporarily move out of her home so that our children are not disconnected indefinitely from either one of us. Thank you Sussanne for being so supportive and understanding in our journey of co-parenting,” Hrithik had shared.

In times such as these, we must do whatever we can to ensure the safety of the most fundamental caretakers of our city and society. I have procured N95 and FFP3 masks for our BMC workers and other caretakers... 1/2
