Mumbai, March 12 Kareena Kapoor, who returns as Black Widow in the highly anticipated final season of "Marvel’s Wastelanders," has shared her excitement about stepping back into the role.

The makers have released the final season of the Hindi Audible Original podcast series "Marvel’s Wastelanders." The final season features Saif Ali Khan as the voice of Star-Lord, Jaideep Ahlawat as Hawkeye, Kareena as Black Widow, Sharad Kelkar as Wolverine, Ashish Vidyarthi as Doom, and Yashaswini Dayama as Valeria Richards.

Speaking about the series, Kareena shared, “The final season of the Hindi Audible Original, "Marvel’s Wastelanders," is the ultimate team-up – a high stakes, last stand where all the Super Heroes join forces against the Super Villains. With some of the biggest voices from the industry bringing these beloved characters to life, this finale is a blockbuster in every sense. Packed with action, intense drama, and emotion, I’m sure it will leave the audience asking for more.”

“For me, stepping back into Black Widow’s shoes has been so empowering because it’s a character with so much depth and strength. I’m looking forward to hearing the reactions from the audience to this epic finale. And to everyone tuning in - brace yourselves because this is going to blow you away,” the Udta Punjab actress added.

Saif Ali Khan added, “I'm thrilled about the launch of the final season of Marvel's Wastelanders, A Hindi Audible Original—it is audio entertainment at its best. It delivers a blend of breathtaking soundscapes, explosive confrontations, and moments of profound heroism - a powerful culmination where all the Super Heroes unite for one last, desperate battle against the looming darkness of the Super Villains. Each character has a unique journey that brings an emotional depth to the story and all of that comes together in this epic showdown. Bringing the character of Star Lord to life through voice alone has been creatively satisfying, and I can’t wait for listeners to experience it.”

Jaideep Ahlawat called the final chapter of Marvel's Wastelanders “epic.”

“This season is loaded with high-octane action, emotion, and thrill that will keep listeners on the edge of their seats. Voicing Hawkeye again for the finale has been an incredible experience, and we’ve worked hard to make every scene feel so vivid that listeners can picture it all in their minds. If you love nail-biting drama and an all-out battle where everything is on the line, you won’t want to miss this one,” he mentioned.

“Marvel's Wastelanders” marks the first collaboration between Audible and Marvel Entertainment. This six-season audio epic debuted in June 2021 in English.
