Akshay Kumar, R Madhvan, and Ananya Panday play lead roles in the movie. The movie showcases how C. Sankaran Nair fought against the British Rule to uncover the truth about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. In his directorial debut, Karan Singh Tyagi helmed the historical courtroom drama Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh, which was produced by Cape of Good Films, Leo Media Collective, and Dharma Productions. Ananya Panday plays Dilreet Gill, R. Madhavan plays Advocate Neville McKinley, and Akshay Kumar plays C. Sankaran Nair, who battled the British Raj to learn the truth about the Jallianwala Bagh tragedy. In important roles are Regina Cassandra, Simon Paisley Day, Alexx O'Nell, and others.
