A powerhouse of a talent, Kishore Kumar mesmerized everyone with his beautiful voice and songs. A versatile personality who has sung in Bengali, Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam and Urdu some of his tracks are still remembered fondly by everyone.On the legendary singer's 91st birth anniversary, here are some of the iconic romantic songs 

Chhod Do Aanchal Zamana Kya Kahe Ga

The music director of this 1974 movie is R. D Burman. The song has been picturised on Rajesh Khanna and Zeenat Aman. The song was a big hit among movie goers at the time of the release. 

 

O Mere Dil Ke Chain

The song from 1972 film Mere Jeevan Saathi featured was picturised on Rajesh Khanna and Tanuja is considered an iconic song even now after many years of its release

 

Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas

This track from the movie Blackmail featured Dharmendra, Shatrughan Sinha and Rakhee and the songs of the film were a instant hit

Roop Tera Mastana

This is one of the famous songs crooned by the singer which is also referred to as his comeback. It was from the 1969 film Aradhana and was picturised on Rajesh Khanna and Sharmila Tagore. 

 

Ek Ladki Bheegi Bhaagi Si

Kishore Kumar lent his voice to the song Ek Ladki Bheegi Bhaagi Si from the movie Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi, which featured him along brothers Anoop Kumar and Ashok Kumar, and his then-future wife Madhubala.
