Mandira Bedia and her husband Raj Kaushal have welcomed a baby girl into their family. The couple has adopted a four-year-old baby girl and named her Tara Bedi Kaushal. Mandira made the announcement through her Instagram post. The couple, already blessed with a 9-year-old son Vir Kaushal. In her Instagram post, Mandira said that Tara became a part of their family, after which Raj commented that their family is 'now complete'. The couple adopted the baby girl on July 28, 2020. Mandira announced the news with a photo of the family in their home. Tara sat besides Mandira and Raj, while Vir stood for the photo.She has come to us. Like a blessing from above. Mandira and Raj’s friends and colleagues congratulated the couple on Instagram. Pooja Makhija, Shriya Saran, Bhagyashree left their precious comments on the post. Pooja also revealed in her comment that the couple had to wait for a long time for the adoption. “Big hug to our Tara! You've wait longgggg for her! (sic),” Pooja wrote on Mandira’s post. Mandira Bedi married director-producer Raj Kaushal in February 1999. The couple welcomed their first child Vir in 2011.Mandira Bedi made her Bollywood debut with Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge in 1995. She has also featured in several television shows like Shanti, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Aurat. The actress was part of recently released films like Saaho, Meerabai Not Out and The Tashkent Files.
