Naseeruddin calls Anupam Kher 'clown', actor hits back calls Shah 'frustrated'

Recently actor Naseeruddin Shah in a recent interview with The Wire spoke about the Citizenship Amendment Act and the current situation in the country in the backdrop of the protests against the controversial citizenship law and the lists, spoke of the support the government was receiving from the film industry.

His comment didn't go down well with Anupam Kher, he responded back by posting a video online where he called Naseer 'frustrated'.

Comments made by Naseeruddin Shah in the interview has divided twitter opinions. 

"Anupam (Kher) is an honest, upright and a self made man" whereas "This country gave you (Naseeruddin Shah) all the name, fame, and money". "You married outside your religion".
