PM Modi to Attend 'Chhaava' Special Screening in Parliament with Vicky Kaushal On March 27

Vicky Kaushal's 'Chhaava' continues its box office success, maintaining popularity over a year after its February 14, 2025 release. The film, which has grossed over 700 crores globally, has garnered widespread audience appreciation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend a special screening of 'Chhaava' at Balyogi Hall in the Library Building of Parliament House on March 27, accompanied by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other BJP ministers and political figures.

Along with Prime Minister Modi, the special screening will also be attended by Vicky Kaushal, the lead actor in ‘Chhaava’, director Laxman Utekar, and producer Dinesh Vijan. The screening is set to draw significant attention, especially with Prime Minister Modi’s prior praise for the film.

He stated: “Currently, there is a buzz about ‘Chhaava’ everywhere. Maharashtra and Mumbai have given new heights to Hindi films alongside Marathi cinema. The buzz surrounding ‘Chhaava’ is a testament to how the bravery of Sambhaji Maharaj is presented in Shivaji Sawant’s Marathi novel.”
