Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor who passsed away on Thursday was quite active on Twitter and the veteran star never minced words while expressing his opinion on his micro-blogging site. Kapoor, who had been quite active on social media, had posted his last tweet on April 2. In the tweet, Kapoor said, “An appeal to all brothers and sisters from all social status and faiths. Please don’t resort to violence, stone throwing or lynching. Doctors, Nurses, Medics, Policemen etc…are endangering their lives to save you. We have to win this Coronavirus war together. Please. Jai Hind! (sic)”
On the same day, the actor had shared a video clip from his song film Sargam (1979) to wish his fans on Ram Navami. The Bobby actor was battling cancer for the past two years and he returned to India last September after undergoing treatment for cancer in the US for almost a year. A full-on entertainer and one of the greatest actors of Indian cinema the movie fratenity and the people across the globe will surely miss the versatile star.
