Former Australian cricketer David Warner has made his acting debut in the Telugu film Robinhood. The Nithiin and Sreeleela starrer hit theaters on Thursday and has been making headlines for its action-packed storyline and Warner’s special cameo. Reports suggest he was paid Rs 2.5 crore for the role. The cricketer reportedly charged Rs 1.25 crore per day and completed his shoot in just two days. He appears on screen for two minutes and fifty seconds.
Warner has a huge fan following in Hyderabad because of his long association with SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
