King Khan of Bollywood, superstar Shah Ruk Khan and his family have left his pride, his house Mannat as the construction work will begin soon. Kahn's has shifted his based to Pali Hill area of Bandra where they will be staying for next two years. This will be the first time since the late 90s that Shah Rukh will share a property with someone else.
While Mannat undergoes extensive renovations (including a court-approved extension to the Grade III heritage structure slated to begin in May), Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri, and their children are temporarily relocating to four floors of Puja Casa, a luxury apartment building in Bandra's Pali Hill.
According to Hindustan Times report, Khan has leased two duplex apartments on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors, co-owned by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh. The family's stay is expected to last at least two years due to the necessary renovation permissions. The Bhagnanis, including Vashu and his wife, and Jackky Bhagnani with Rakul Preet Singh, are long-time residents of Puja Casa and are now Shah Rukh's neighbors. The lease is for three years, with Shah Rukh's team prioritizing security and privacy at the complex.
