Sushant was being poisoned by Rhea: Family demands immediate arrest of Jalebi actress

Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh has demanded that the CBI investigating his son’s death, “must arrest” Rhea Chakraborty. In a statement to ANI, Singh, who previously accused the actress of ‘abetment to suicide’, ‘wrongful restraint’ besides other charges, has now claimed she is his son’s “murderer.”“Rhea Chakraborty was giving poison to my son, Sushant from a long time, she is his murderer. The investigating agency must arrest her and her associates,” KK Singh was quoted saying.

On Wednesday, The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) registered a case in Delhi under Sections 20, 22, 27 and 29 of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act. The NCB has also booked Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty and others, against whom the ED had prepared a case. Earlier, during the day, Shweta Singh Kirti also took to social media to slam the news channel for taking Rhea Chakraborty’s interview who has been named as prime accused in Sushant’s father’s FIR in Patna. She demanded government intervention in the same. Sushant died on June 14. Last month, his father had filed an FIR in Patna against Rhea and others, alleging abetment to suicide. He also accused her of siphoning off the actor’s funds, drugging him and cutting him off from his family, among other allegations.
