Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna’s 'Chhaava' remains a box office hit, showcasing powerful performances and a gripping storyline. On Day 10 (Sunday), the film experienced a slight drop in collections due to the India-Pakistan match but still earned an impressive Rs 40 crore, bringing its total domestic collection to Rs 326.75 crore, according to Sacnilk.
In its first week, Chhaava had collected Rs 219.25 crore and started its second weekend strong with Rs 23.5 crore on Friday. Saturday saw an impressive 87.23 percent jump to Rs 44 crore, and despite a slight decline on Sunday, it successfully entered the Rs 300 crore club.
This is Vicky Kaushal’s first lead role to achieve this milestone, while he previously crossed Rs 300 crore in a supporting role in Sanju. For Rashmika Mandanna, this is her third success in the club, joining her hits Pushpa: The Rule and Animal.
On Sunday, Chhaava had an occupancy rate of 54.63 percent, with Pune leading at 84.75 percent, followed by Chennai (83.25%), Mumbai (75.25%), Bengaluru (56.50%), and Hyderabad (53%). These cities significantly contributed to the film’s strong second Sunday performance. With positive word-of-mouth and ongoing audience support, Chhaava is poised to sustain its momentum in the coming weeks.
