Many complain of weakness, fatigue, and stress after recovering from covid-19. After recovering from covid patient suffers from deficiency of nutrients in the body. A healthy and balanced diet is essential to make up for this deficiency.  Greens are rich in nutrients. It contains a large amount of vitamins and minerals that body needs.

Spinach

Spinach contains excellent nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, E, K, calcium, iron and beta carotenoids. This helps boost your immune system. Green leafy vegetables are rich in iron, folate, lutein and omega-3s. Consuming spinach strengthens muscles and replenishes energy. You can eat spinach raw or make vegetables.

Ginger

Ginger boosts the immune system due to its antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral benefits. Enriched with antioxidants, ginger helps reduce stress and ward off infectious diseases. You can either eat raw ginger or add it to tea or vegetables.

Broccoli

Broccoli is a vegetable rich in nutrients. It is rich in Vitamin C, Beta-Carotene, Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium and Glutathione which helps the immune system and regulates blood sugar levels in the body. You can also make broccoli soup and eat it.

Bell pepper

Colored bell peppers contain more antioxidants than citrus fruits, which makes them healthier. Crispy bell peppers are high in carotene, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin E and potassium, so include them in your diet for faster recovery.

Soy

Soy is rich in plant-based proteins, immuno-modulatory isoflavones and anti-inflammatory agents. It improves bowel function. Consumption of soy and soy products helps reduce the risk of heart disease by improving the level of cholesterol in the body.
