Despite being fully-vaccinated, the cases of people being hospitalized with COVID-19 is negligible, according to a survey. The survey was conducted by Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi.

Indraprastha Apollo Hospital surveyed 3,235 health workers for the study. The focus was on staff who showed corona symptoms within 100 days after vaccination. During the study period, 85 health workers were found to be covid positive.

A survey conducted by the hospital found that only 0.06 per cent of those who received the corona vaccine had to be hospitalized. Of the 85 corona-infected workers, 65 received both doses of the vaccine, while the rest has received only one dose.

The number of women among the victims was also significant.  Even those admitted to the hospital did not had much complications. It also became clear that those infected by covid were recovering easily.

Even if the vaccination campaign is completed, the covid cases will not be reduced to zero. Even if fully-vaccinated people are infected with it is unlikely that the patient's condition will be serious or critical.

It also guarantees a reduction in mortality. Both Covishield and Covaxin vaccines were studied in this study. The study found that 97.38 percent of people were protected from corona due to vaccination. The study confirmed that the corona vaccine does not provides 100% immunity.
