3) Egg: It is believed that eggs are rich in nutrients such as calcium, sodium, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin E and omega 3. Therefore, all the men must eat two boiled eggs in the morning breakfast. Eating eggs improves the eyesight and makes your body strong.
4) Dates: Men who experience body weakness should eat dates because calcium, iron etc. are found in abundance in dates. Therefore, every day men should eat dates. It provides rich nutrients and energy in the body.
5) Bananas: Consuming banana is very beneficial for the body. Eating bananas gives the body instant energy and nutrients remain in the body. Eating banana and drinking milk is more beneficial or you can also consume it by making banana shake. By consuming this, the body gets energy and your body becomes strong.
