On 19 April of each year, we celebrate world liver to create awareness about liver diseases. Every year there is a theme and this year's theme is food is medicine. Through this theme people talk about the importance of balanced nutrition which can help make nutritious foods accessible and affordable.

Foods to Include: Coffee, blueberries, grapes, beetroot juice, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, nuts, fatty fish, olive oil, green tea, spinach.
Foods to Avoid: Alcohol, fatty foods, sugar, processed snacks, refined grains, excessive salt.
