New York [US], September 28 : External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Saturday met Alva Baptiste, the Foreign Minister of St Lucia at UNGA 79 in New York.
Jaishankar called Baptiste his "sartorial brother."

Earlier in the day, Jaishankar, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), met his counterparts from Denmark, UAE, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Singapore.
