"India can easily conquer COVID -19"

Famous gastroenterologist and internationally-renowned medical expert Dr. D Nageshwar Reddy says that Covid-19 virus, which has been haunting the world , has changed its appearance as it arrived in India. According to him, the virus, which originated in Wuhan, China, is said to have strengthened and spread to other European countries and has already caused a mutation that has created terror in Italy. 

In his interview to the Indian Express Dr, Reddy said, After gradually expanding into Spain and France, they moved to India. But once it arrived in the the Asian countries due to the mutation the virus was weakened. Dr. Reddy also confirmed that the age factor and the lifestyle of people in Italy was also one of the reasons why there was such a spike in the number of positive cases. 

Meanwhile, he also emphasized on the importance of physical distancing and hand hygeine. The other important aspect was maintaining adequate nutrition like Vitamin C and Vitamin D which is important to build immunity against the virus. Dr. Nageshwar Reddy also urged everyone not to panic and spread fake news as the situation is not dangerous and he believes India can overcome this situation. Continuing further he empahsized that staying positive is key and individuals should involve themselves in some sort of physical activity to stay fit and healthy.
