Indian woman among Rwanda's 3 latest Covid-19 cases

An Indian woman, married to a man who tested positive for coronavirus previously, was among the three latest Covid-19 cases in Rwanda, taking the number of cases in the central African country to 11, reports said on Thursday.

Kigali, March 19 An Indian woman, married to a man who tested positive for coronavirus previously, was among the three latest Covid-19 cases in Rwanda, taking the number of cases in the central African country to 11, reports said on Thursday.

The woman had arrived in the country on March 8. The two other cases were of a Rwandan man, without any recent travel, and a man who arrived from Belgium via Ethiopia, the BBC reported.

Rwanda has suspended all passenger flights in and out of the country after detecting the three new cases of coronavirus.
