Saudi Arabia new curriculum to include Hindu epics Ramayana, Mahabharata
Ramayana, Mahabharata, Yoga and many other concepts are all set to be taught in Saudi Arabia as part of the new reforms introduced by Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s new vision for education. Apart from the introduction of Ramayana and Mahabharata in the curriculum of Saudi Arabian students, the English language has been made mandatory in the new Vision 2030. It is said that the study will focus on globally significant Indian cultures such as yoga and Ayurveda, to expand the students’ cultural knowledge and exposure.
