Ukraine Russia Conflict: 8,653 cases reported of war crimes in Ukraine by Russian troops

Around 8,500  alleged war crimes were committed by Russian troops in Ukraine. The investigation matter is under investigation. A total of 8,653 cases have been reported and 217 children have been confirmed to have been killed, the office added.
