In summer, you need to take more care of your health because when the temperature rises, the risk of fatigue and dehydration increases. In such a situation, going for a walk in the morning can be very beneficial. Walking in the morning also feels fresh. However, many people wonder when to walk in the summer and how long to walk. Morning time is considered the best time to walk in the summer because at this time the atmosphere is a little cooler and fresh. It is generally advised to walk between 5 and 7 am during the day. There is light sunlight at this time, through which vitamin D is also obtained.

As per the experts, in summer, initially start walking 20 to 30 minutes a day. You can gradually increase the walking time. Increase this time to 30 to 60 minutes. Another important thing that you should keep in mind is, you should walk as much as you can, don't do exertion.

1) Coolness and freshness: The morning air is cooler than the afternoon. Therefore, morning is considered the best time to walk. Walking energizes the body and makes you feel fresh throughout the day.
