To achieve this, it's essential to follow the guidelines prescribed in Ayurveda and commit to a balanced, natural approach to health and wellness.

  1. Including onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, cinnamon in your daily diet helps in reducing body fat.
  2. Reduce the amount of salt in your diet as much as possible. Because sodium in salt increases the amount of water in the body and increases obesity.
  3. Drinking green tea or water boiled with cumin, ova before going to bed at night increases digestion. Which helps in losing or controlling weight.
  4. Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet as much as possible. You can use jaggery or honey instead of sugar.
  5. If you have curd regularly in your diet, your body will remain healthy.
  6. To reduce belly fat, eating one clove of raw garlic every morning will help reduce belly fat.
  7. Insufficient sleep also causes weight gain. If you sleep well, digestion increases and excess fat does not increase.
  8. Doing yoga helps in weight loss. The body becomes flexible.
