Due to riding a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for a long time, sitting, getting up, sleeping, and walking incorrectly, and working in the same place and position for hours, many people have started suffering from back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain at a young age. Exercise is very important to reduce this problem because it can relieve your aching muscles. But if you do not have enough time to exercise, take a bottle of water and do this very simple exercise at home regularly every day.  This will relax your stiff limbs and reduce back pain, shoulder pain, and shoulder pain to a great extent

What exercise should you do if you have neck, back, and shoulder pain?

A fitness trainer has shared a video on the Instagram page jamesmoorewellness that tells you which simple exercises can be done at home to reduce neck, back, and shoulder pain.

To do this exercise, take a one-liter bottle filled with water. After that, lift the bottle with one hand, fold it from the corner, bend the other hand from the bottom from the corner, and take it behind you. Now, pass the bottle from the upper hand to the lower hand. After that, raise the hand in which the bottle is again, bend it from the corner, and take it behind you. At the same time, now lower the hand that was previously up, bend it from the corner, and take it behind you. Again, pass the bottle from the upper hand to the lower hand. Do this exercise 20 times, about 3 times.

Also, try this exercise

To do this exercise, take one-liter bottles filled with water in both hands. Stand straight. Place your hands in the desired direction with your palms facing forward. After that, bend both hands from the corner and take the bottles parallel to the shoulders. After this, raise your hands. Lower your hands again and do the same. Do this exercise 20 times. Do this 3 times each.
