Beed Murder Case: Manoj Jarange's Strong Warning to Dhananjay Munde, Says "The Truth Cannot Be Hidden"

The hearing in the murder case of Massajog Sarpanch Santosh Deshmukh from Beed has begun, with the second session taking place in court. Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam presented details outlining the sequence of events in the case and the roles of each accused. Meanwhile, it has come to light that Sudarshan Ghule, one of the prime accused, along with Jayram Chate and Mahesh Kedar, has confessed to the murder before the police. Amid these developments, activist Manoj Jarange Patil, who is leading the Maratha reservation movement, has issued a strong warning.

Ujjwal Nikam stated that the case is now prepared for the framing of charges. However, the defense lawyers have opposed this step, citing a lack of necessary documents. The next hearing is scheduled for April 10. According to Sudarshan Ghule’s statement, Santosh Deshmukh was a major obstacle in extorting money from a windmill company. He further admitted that he and his associates decided to act against Deshmukh after a video of Pratik Ghule’s birthday celebration—where villagers from Massajog allegedly assaulted them—went viral. Ghule also revealed that he had met Vishnu Chate at Hotel Tiranga before Deshmukh’s murder.

Jarange’s Direct Warning to Dhananjay Munde

Manoj Jarange , who has been actively commenting on both the Maratha reservation issue and the Beed case, has made serious allegations against MLA Dhananjay Munde. He accused Munde of being the mastermind behind the organized crime linked to Deshmukh’s murder, claiming it was carried out for extortion purposes.

"The truth cannot be hidden, no matter how hard one tries. This is an organized crime involving Dhananjay Munde. The number one accused was running a gang for extortion, and it has been proven that the murder was committed under his influence. Munde himself orchestrated roadblocks and protests. He even ensured my photos were displayed everywhere. No matter how many actions you take, fate will hold you accountable. If you continue to follow my path, I will not back down," Patil declared, issuing a stern warning to Munde.

Furthermore, Patil alleged that the government attempted to shield Munde. He criticized Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis for protecting him. Patil demanded that since a meeting related to the case took place at Munde’s office, he should be booked under Section 302 (murder) of the IPC. He urged the Home Minister to take immediate action.
