The Bombay High Court on Monday has directed Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut to clarify in court who he was referring to when he made a abusive comment in an interview with TV channel.

Earlier, Kangana Ranaut's lawyer senior counsel Birendra Saraf submitted in the court a DVD containing a speech in which Sanjay Raut allegedly made a comment threatening the actress.

Sanjay Raut on Monday told the Bombay High Court that he did not refer to Kangana Ranaut on his comment.

The Bombay High Court on September 22 directed Sanjay Raut to file his reply to Kangana Ranaut's petition against the demolition of a part of her bungalow in Mumbai by the BMC.

The BMC had earlier this month started demolishing parts of her office, which is situated in Mumbai's Pali Hills, for what it claimed were unauthorised altercations.

The demolition had come at a time when Ranaut was engaged in a bitter war of words with Raut after her remarks that she feels unsafe in Mumbai and has no trust in the Mumbai Police after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
