The restoration work of the historic palaces in the Shaniwar Wada area of Pune is facing several challenges. The locals are also facing several issues due to this. In response, Guardian Minister Chandrakantada Patil has assured that he will work with the archaeology department to find a solution to these problems.

Due to the Archaeology Department's restriction on development and renovation activities within a 100-meter radius of historic structures in Pune, several local buildings are in a perilous state. To address this issue, Guardian Minister Chandrakantada Patil visited the villagers and inspected the area today, promising to work with the archaeology department to find a solution.

Guardian Minister Patil conducted an inspection and discovered that no new constructions or repairs are permitted within a 100-meter radius of Pune's Shaniwar Wada, as per the Archeology Department's circular. This rule also applies to other areas of the city. The state government is in a position to assist with this issue.

However, the Department of Archeology is currently involved in a case before the Supreme Court, so if any construction is detected within the restricted zone, the matter will be taken up with the department. Patil has decided to take the villagers to Delhi to meet with the Department of Archeology officials and address the situation.
