A fire broke out at a famous hotel in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, previously known as Aurangabad, on Thursday night, April 10. The blaze erupted at Hotel Grand Sarovar near Tisgaon on the Solapur-Dhule National Highway. The incident took place at around 8 p.m. and resulted in the destruction of hotel assets. Huge traffic and chaos in the area were reported. A video shows huge flames coming out from the structure and visible for several kilometers.

Huge traffic jams were also reported on Solapur Dhule Highway as an ambulance and several fire tenders were rushed to the scene. The rescue team and firefighters are working tirelessly to douse the inferno. The cause of the fire has yet to be ascertained.
According to the eyewitness, the fire first broke out in the hotel kitchen and then spread to the other structures. According to the information, the Hotel Grand Sarovar belongs to Shiv Sena MLA Pradeep Jaiswal. However, there have been no reports of any injuries or casualties in the following incident. Local police are on the spot and will investigate the incident once the fire is doused.
