It was rumored that Tukaram Munde was sent to Nagpur to make the situation get difficult for the BJP and former chief minister and opposition leader Devendra Fadnavis.

Devendra Fadnavis has reacted on this topic while interacting with Lokmat. Devendra Fadnavis said, "What difference does it make to me if Tukaram Mundhe was sent to Nagpur to make situation difficult for me?" "I dont do jobs that are illegal," he said.

But this government (MVA) acts with a sense of revenge. This has not happened before. This government thinks that no one, be it the media, an individual or a political leader, should speak out against it, otherwise the people of BMC officials will go to their house. Such politics has never happened before in Maharashtra. This government is not democratic, said Fadnavis while criticizing the state government.
