Holi 2025 Special Trains: Central Railway Announces 46 More Trains For Mumbai, Pune, and Kanniyakumari

Earlier 28 special Holi trains were announced by the Central Railway (CR) in Maharashtra. Now Central Railway CPRO Swapnil Nila said that CR has announced 46 more trains. 

CPRO Swapnil Nila said, “The central railway had already announced 26 special trains on the occasion of Holi. Now 46 more trains are being announced. In this, we have about 76 special trains, being run by Central Railway for Holi.”

He said, “Earlier 16 trains were supposed to run from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. Out of those 16, 8 trains will run between CSMT and Nagpur, and 4 will run towards Madgaon and Kanniyakumari each. From Pune to Danapur 6 trains, for Gazipur 8 trains, and 4 trains for Hizamuddin for Holi.”

He said, “Apart from this from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Danapur 6 trains, Mahu 8 trains, for Banaras Samastipur, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, and Nanded 4 each have been announced for Holi.”

A total of 76 special trains for Holi are announced by Central Railway. All these trains will run between March 6 and March 18, 2025.
