Jalna Shocker: Man Assaulted, and Tortured Over Old Dispute, Heated Iron Rod Inserted Into Private Parts; Horrific Video Surfaces

In a deeply disturbing  incident in Maharashtra's Jalna district, a youth was brutally beaten and tortured with a hot iron rod over previous enmity. The incident occurred on February 26 on the night of Mahashivratri in Anwa village of Bhokardan taluka in Jalna. The video of this horrific incident has gone viral on social media recently. According to reports,  a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) at the Paradh Police Station. Meanwhile, the main accused in the case, Sonu alias Bhagwat Sudam Daud, has been arrested, while his accomplice and brother Navnath is absconding.

As per the report, the victim has been identified as Kailas Borhade, a farmer. On the night of Mahashivratri, Borhade had gone to offer prayers to Lord Mahadev. At that time, accused Bhagwat revived an old dispute with Borhade, which escalated into a heated argument. The argument quickly transformed into a violent confrontation. Then, on the advice of Navnath, Bhagwat stripped Kailas and beat him with an iron rod. He then heated the rod in a burning chulha, and then beat Borhade mercilessly all over his body. According to Lokmat, the accused even inserted the hot rod in Borhade's private parts, causing serious injuries.

Shockingly, the villagers merely watched while Borhade was being beaten mercilessly; they did not attempt to save him. On the contrary, they took out their phones and began recording pictures and videos of the incident.
