Maharashtra ATS files reply in Sachin Vaze anticipatory bail case, next hearing on Mar 30

Suspended Mumbai API Sachin Vaze who is in custody of the NIA, Maharashtra Anti-Terror Squad (ATS) has filed its reply in a Thane Court on Friday, where Vaze had sought anticipatory bail. 

While sources have reported that ATS is likely to demand Vaze's custody, the Court has fixed March 30 as the next date of hearing in the matter. 

While Vaze has been arrested by the NIA in connection to the Antilla bomb scare, he was refused bail in the probe of Mansukh Hiran's death investigated by Maharashtra ATS.  

Meanwhile, the NIA on Wednesday confirmed that the person, seen in a CCTV grab walking near Mukesh Amb's residence on the night of February 25 when an explosive-laden vehicle was found, was Sachin Waze.

Maharashtra ATS files its reply in the anticipatory bail application of Sachin Waze in Thane sessions court. Matter to be next heard on 30th March.
