On Saturday, the total number of COVID-19 positive cases in Maharashtra has crossed the 500-mark. 

As of now the total number of cases stand at 537, rising above the 490 cases of Friday evening.  Till now the discharge of patients stands at 50.

The fresh cases include 28 from Mumbai, 15 from rest of Mumbai Metropolitan Region, three from Pune and one from Amravati.

The Worli Koliwada in Mumbai that comes under the constituency of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray's son Aditya has been sealed. As many as 15 people have tested positive for the deadly coronavirus at Worli Koliwada.

With 47 new coronavirus positive cases in Maharashtra state tally has jumped to 537.
