Miraj Junction overflowing due to Ashadi Yatra
Sangli: Miraj Junction, which has been deserted due to lack of trains and passengers for the last two years, is once again overcrowded. All express trains and some passenger trains have been canceled. The station is also overflowing due to extra trains running for Pandharpur's Ashadi Yatra. Trains are stopped simultaneously on six platforms.
As the train started running on these routes due to Ashadi Yatra, the response from the passengers was overwhelming. Trains are running on Miraj to Latur, Kurduwadi etc. Thousands of devotees from Karnataka, including Kolhapur, Sangli and Satara districts, are enjoying the journey in the car of God.
