The Mumbai Police on Wednesday informed that MP Mohan Delkar's suicide note was written on his official letter pad and was 15 pages long. Police will be recording statements of his family members in the coming days. 

Mohan Delkar, the Lok Sabha MP from Dadra and Nagar Haveli who allegedly died by suicide on Monday had left a suicide note. The suicide note apparently mentions names of 40 people, according to the police. The note is written in Gujarati and to translate and understand the note, police has invited an expert and resident of Silvassa. 

According to sources, the note has mentioned 'injustice', 'insult' and bias towards him, certain politicians and administrative officials have been held responsible in the note.

The police said that if the note mentions anybody as the cause of death an abetment to suicide case will be registered against them. At present, the police have not revealed names mentioned in note. After collecting all the information, the police will make a detailed report and send it to the Parliament.
