Nagpur: People in Narendra Nagar violate coronavirus lockdown norms
The whole country is under lockdown until May 3. The government has asked the citizens not to step out of their house until it is an emergency and maintain social distancing.
But few people are not taking the government directives seriously and are constantly breaking the rules. On Tuesday, Police took action against violators of Coronavirus lockdown norms at a vegetable market in Narendra Nagar in Nagpur. Inspector Vijay Akot said, “Only 10 vehicles are allowed inside the market at a time, so other vehicles were moved out & required action was taken."
In Maharashtra 522 fresh cases reported in last 24 hours. Upto yesterday there were 8068 positive cases. The Total cases in Maharashtra is now upto 8590 cases with 206 patients cured. At least 27 people died in Maharashtra, bringing the toll in the state to 369.
State government is taking all precautions and measures to contain the pandemic.
