Shocking! Siblings murdered in Satara; 1.5 kg gold missing from house

A shocking incident took place near MIT in the Satara campus of Aurangabad, around 8:30 pm on Tuesday two siblings 19-year-old Kiran Lalchand Rajput and 17-year-old Saurabh Lalchand Rajput were murdered in their house. 

According to police, the assailants barged into the house and killed the siblings with a sharp weapon and looted 1.5 kg of gold jewellery. The incident has caused a stir in the area.

The victims' father Lalchand Khandade-Rajput was in Pachanwadgaon in Jalna and had called his wife and elder daughter for a visit on Tuesday morning, the official said.

On returning home in the evening around 8:30 pm, they found the duo dead in the bathroom, he said.
