Amid the ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra, a banner was seen outside the residence of Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in Mumbai on Wednesday. The banner reads,'Your arrogance would last 4 days, our kingship is inherited.'The poster has images of Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Balasaheb Thackeray, Aditya Thackeray, Sanjay Raut and other prominent faces. Shinde is an old Shiv sainik. We can't leave Shinde and he can't leave us."
Shinde's move has plunged the Shiv Sena-led ruling MVA government into a crisis. The crisis was sparked after the results of the MLC polls were declared, following which MLAs went incommunicado and appeared to have rebelled against the party, sending the major political outfits into a huddle. While the Shinde camp remained tight-lipped on the developments within it, Shinde said: "We have not left Balasaheb Thackeray's Shiv Sena. We shall not leave it. We have been following Balasaheb's Hindutva and will carry it further."Shiv Sena leader Milind Narvekar made Eknath Shinde speak to Uddhav Thackeray over the phone, as per sources. Eknath Shinde demanded that the Sena restore its alliance with the BJP
