A Square Yards report states that the transaction was recorded in April 2025. A Rs 30,000 registration charge and a Rs 48 lakh stamp duty were associated with the transaction.
The office space, which is 1146.88 square feet in size and has two parking spaces, is situated in One Place Lodha. In recent months, Akshay Kumar has sold properties he held in Mumbai, resulting in real estate deals totalling more than Rs 100 crore. This comprises three residences in Borivali, Mumbai's Oberoi Sky City, valued at approximately Rs 15 crore. According to documents seen by IndexTap, the actor and his wife, Twinkle Khanna, made headlines in February as well when they sold their opulent flat in Mumbai's Oberoi 360 West for Rs 80 crore.
