Mumbai– The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will publish the draft of its Sanitation and Health By-laws 2025 on its official website on April 1, 2025. The corporation has invited citizens, stakeholders, and policymakers to submit their suggestions and objections between April 1 and May 31, 2025.

The by-laws, which currently follow the 2006 version, have been updated as per modern requirements and governmental changes.
