Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Shaktikanta Das has visited Mumbai's famous Ganpati idol Lalbaugcha Raja on Wednesday, September 11. Das said, "I have been coming here for the last 4-5 years. I did the darshan today, my wish is that everything auspicious happens for everyone."

The history of the Lalbaugcha Raja has been quite famous as it is the popular Ganesh Idol of Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, located at Putlabai Chawl, a worship place founded in 1934.
