Mumbai: 22-Year-Old Man Commits Suicide by Jumping From Goregaon Metro Station
Mumbai: A 22-year-old youth tragically ended his life on Monday by jumping off a metro station in Goregaon. The young man, identified as Siddharth Dharkase, was critically injured and rushed to Oscar Hospital in Goregaon West. Despite receiving medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
Siddharth lived with his parents in Bhagat Singh Nagar, Goregaon. The incident occurred around 3:30 PM on Monday. After purchasing a ticket at the Goregaon West metro station, Siddharth went to the platform and suddenly jumped off, landing on the road below. Eyewitnesses immediately took him to Oscar Hospital nearby. However, due to the severity of his injuries, the doctors were unable to save him.

Police are currently investigating the exact reason behind Siddharth's suicide. CCTV footage confirmed that there was no accident involved, and it appears to be a deliberate act. Initial reports suggest that Siddharth had been battling depression for the past few days. The incident has left the local community in shock, as authorities continue to probe into the circumstances leading to this tragic event.
