Mumbai: Bhandup Man Celebrates Birthday with Cake Featuring Sections of FIRs Against Him; Police Launch Probe

In a bizarre incident, an accused identified as Zia Ansari, a resident under the jurisdiction of Bhandup Police Station, celebrated his birthday by cutting a cake that had the sections of the FIRs filed against him written on it. The incident has sparked controversy and gone viral on social media, prompting the Bhandup Police to initiate a detailed investigation.

According to the information received, Zia Ansari has a total of seven criminal cases registered against him, most of which fall under the category of serious offences. Recently, Ansari was arrested on charges of attempt to murder but was later released on bail. Soon after his release, he celebrated his birthday in an unusual and attention-grabbing manner.

It is reported that Ansari ordered cakes specially designed with the sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) under which cases are registered against him. The cake featured serious charges such as Section 302 (Murder), 307 (Attempt to Murder), 326 (Voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons) and 387 (Putting person in fear of death or grievous hurt in order to commit extortion). Interestingly, one of the cakes also displayed a question mark (?), leading many to speculate that it might be a hint at his potential future crimes.

Taking serious note of the matter, the Bhandup Police have swung into action. Speaking to the media, Senior Inspector Dattatray Khandagale of Bhandup Police Station confirmed that preventive action has already been initiated against Ansari, and strict measures will be taken against him in the coming days. Meanwhile, the police are actively investigating the case and have begun the legal process against the accused.
